help please

I have checked a 1000 times.. all connections are good...  everything is spinning/ on.. but when I press power my power light does not switch from red to green. I tried 4 diff power supplies. It is an old 423 pin mobo. It was working fine until I tried to turn it on today.. I tried a different processor...   EVERYTHING..    the computer turns on.. HOWEVER the monitor stays with the yellow color.. it will not turn green.. it wont start up.  But the video card is working ....  tried 3 monitors..  and 3 video cards?? IM STUMPED. Somebody please help me

How about a bit more info about the machine itself....?
How old is it ?
Does it have a make and model ?
What operating system is loaded on it ?

Please tell us what you mean by the computer turns on .
There's no signal output ...... thats why the monitor isn't working.
The vid cards you used to test with ..Are they all functional and supported by that MOBO ?
The power supplies , are they all fully functional and of sufficient wattage to drive that machine ?
Have you had any other issues with that machine recently ?
