    I want to lock the folder not encrypted. is there any way to lock the folder or any software.

    You could uncheck "use simple file sharing" and under the security tab "(fter the folder is right clicked and go to properties) and set what users you do not want accessing the folder to Deny. If this is what you are talking about, because this is best guess.

      Try putting it in a zip/rar archive with a password, then removing the original folder. Is this what you want to do?
