usb sockets

Hello again
I have  four usb sockets and three of them work ok, the other nothing seems to work on it,
can anybody advise me
I now theres is very little infomation but i am not sure what to show
I already have Everest, which part of it would you like to see ( there is that much)not sure

Were all 4 ports working at one time?  Is that computer a factory-made model or a custom build?  Did you build it?  Have you looked inside to computer to try to determine whether any USB wiring might not be properly connected to the motherboard and/or the USB port?

No i have never had the side off i wouldn't know were to start and what i was looking for or at, but it did have a new motherboard about 12 months ago if that's any help
