I have a Dell Latitude D800 Laptop running Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2002 Professional. Whenever I click on the "Send/Receive" button to download my emails I get the error message "Operation Failed". However I can successfully send a test message. This problem showed up only recently - prior to which I had no problems. No settings have been changed. Repeated uninstalls and re-installs have not fixed this problem. Any ideas
