]I have one problem on bios when I start my computer I view this text for me (COMS STTINGS WORNG)

Try again, and post a LOT more information.

For something to do in the meantime replace the battery on the motherboard.

With no info on your computer, we don't know what key is used to access your BIOS.  But, you may need to do this: press F1 to run set up and press F2 to load default values and continue.  If you do this and the computer runs normal but the message often reappears during startups, that clearly indicates a weak battery.
