Go to your profile and click modify.
Enter your password when prompted.
You can then change all your options from there.
I don't see an option to notify you of all new posts though - do you mean PMs?
There is an option to be notified by email of new PMs.
Just noticed something else - you can select to be notified of replies to a thread, you can unsubscribe under "notification".
