Weird View in Outlook - how do I change back

  Hi -
Kids were in Outlook and I ended up with this preview view.

Please help - how do i change the view back to the default....????   :-?

Drag the from and subject boxes back to the bar with all the other fields.  Or go to View-->Arrange by and untick "show in groups".
