IC Chip Fried

 :'( PO15 chip is fried. Can someone ID this chip for replacement. Not able to verify  the numbers shown on the Fairchild IC. HP ZE 4400 model and NO Schematics available.

    looks like its an old mobo. Might be cheaper to buy a new mobo.

    Actually - the board is only 3 years old - which is not old in todays standards- I have P4's that are roughly 4 years old. The fact is - it's a 25 cent part or a 250.00 motherboard. I can get a motherboard with no problem.
