I think you need to put in your windows disk and then click browse, and go to the cd drive.

     emildilov......  I believe that message is telling you that you are trying to run some language pack and it's not installed .
    You do have your SP2 cd available dont you ?
    I'm not sure , but I think those files are on the MS office disk as well.
    Have you been to the MS update site ... I recall seeing updates available for various languages there.

    You may not have your system set to view hidden files and folders.

    Actually this notice is appear when i had downloaded the last version of "Bitcomet" and every time when i used it wanted from me to install some language pack for  Chinese.May by that is the  reason for this notice because i don't install it
