Disabled Monitor

Hey, my mum has disabled her monitor by mistake, now as soon as windows finishes to load the screen loses colour and goes blank, so there is no way she can go and enable the monitor again, what do we do??

Use a different monitor to boot Windows and re-enable the old monitor.

Perhaps if you could get it so you could temporarily see anything at all, then you could re-enable the monitor?    ... probably in Device Manager.

Try Safe Mode.

Safe mode may also work, nice suggestion.
Another thing just occurred to me - did she disable the monitor or the video card?
