How Could I Get Maximized Window.

I would like to know that how my webpage is open in Full "Internet Explorer Window" Mode ?
I will done with some Js code but it is helpful becase when we close the web page at last it will show the First blank webpage from which the Js is run. So, if you have any soulution for the same kindly tell me.
