Plagued by frankenstein's calender (Outlook)

I inadvertantly happened to be pretending to be flash and help a colleague change her font in outlook and somehow her month by month calender in outlook has now become enormous. I attach a picture.

You can't right click on the calender nor does the Tools/Options font setting seem to make a monkey's difference.

I'd appreciate any help.

Where's the picture?  What version of Outlook is this?  What happens when you try to right click on the calendar?
