screen rolling

I just installed a new video card and now my screen rolls down instead of scrolling down smoothly.

Can anyone help???

    Did you remove the old vid card c/w it's drivers and install the new drivers before you installed the new vid card ?

    no.  I just installed the new card and then restarted my pc.  When I rebooted it detected the new card and said it was installed properly.  Then I went into device manager and it shows that I have 2 cards installed.

    When i scroll down the screen jumps instead of going smooth

      a proper way to do is remove your old video card and driver, then install new video card and driver.
