What DOS command line would you type to show the IP address information of a Win2K workstation?

Which of these subnet masks, in conjunction with an IP address of 10.99.8.0 would give the greatest number of hosts?

     255.255.255.0   ?
     255.255.255.248  
     255.255.248.0
