Had to reinstall XPPro and office 2003. Had copy of HD still. Moved file over to new Outlook with emails (file was supposed to have .pst extension but didn't) with no problems and can view old emails. I did a search for .pab (address book files) files on my old HD but none were found. Found a file in old outlook (not .pab but I think its the right one) and moved it to new outlook. I now have old names and emails in my contacts but when I try to access the address book or use address book to send new mail I get a message that says "can't find the file or wrong permission" I have given myself full control to that file. Does the program or system need permissions.
