Disk Cleanup?

when i go to start>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>DISK CLEANUP where it says you can use disk cleanup to free up _______ KB.

how many KB should i have on there because it says i have 20,092,906

It depends how long it has been since you did this. There is no universal answer.
