EI was a Spanish company that was taken over by Dixons group. There are several retailers in UK that sell EI systems. None of them listed that model number. I did notice that 4 digit model numbers were all laptops. Desktops had 3 digit numbers. You might contact of the resalers or Dixons directly to get assistance.
