Is it possible to save Page setup settings in this application?

I use to print bitmaps in a special format and I've to insert always this Page setup setting.

No.  You might try Paint.NET; it's freeware but is much fuller-featured than Paint.  I'm not sure whether it will let you save Page Setup settings but I think I'd give it try.  I haven't used it but I know people who have and they liked it.
