I was just wondering if someone could help me make a decision here... i have 2 S478 mobo's an ASUS P4S800D-X and a ASUS P4P800-VM.. and i'm trying to decide which one to use.. i have a Prescott 3.0G processor, 4x 256Mb DDR400, 160Gig WD SATA HD, and an ASUS N7600GS, with my el cheapo 550W power supply..

i'm not sure which mobo would be best to use.. any help would be greatly appreciated THX

That "el cheapo" PSU could ruin either one, so just pick one and have the other for a backup.

Those 2 MB's are more alike than they are different.

THX for the quick reply once again.. greatly appreciated.. another question though.. how can the PSU damage the mobo..
