It doesn't sound like you have the uninstaller anymore.  If you're skeptical, you can try looking for it, but don't expect to find much.  I think you should just try the given suggestions.  And be sure to have CCleaner backup your registry before making changes to it.  It doesn't normally delete anything important, but you might as well take the precaution.

He could do that, yes, but a lot of programs and games install various temp files and whatnot throughout the computer that CCleaner gets rid of.  Besides, it doesn't hurt to have the program and know how to use it anyway, regardless of his current issue.

CCleaner asks that when you delete registry entries.  If the uninstaller is showing up in the list of registry fixes, then that probably means that the file doesn't exist anymore.

Start CCleaner and go to Tools.  Is there anything in the program list about your game?  If not, then just skip ahead to the next paragraph.  If it is in the list, click on Run Uninstaller.  If that doesn't work, click on Delete Entry and click on Yes.  Then...

Just delete those game files you have (right-click and Delete) and run CCleaner again.  Click on Run Cleaner and it will clear out your Temp folders and should get rid of any extra files that came with the game.  Then if you want to clear your bad registry entries, click on Issues and Scan For Issues, then Fix Selected Issues.  When CCleaner asks if you want to make a backup, click on Yes and pick a place to save the file.  You'll need that if you decide that you want to undo the changes made.
So do u mean run cleaner on recycle bin?

Forget about that someone alteady helped me get rid of the game simply by installing the game to the same folder I put it in then uninstall it from start menu list.  Now all I have to worry about are the files the game left, You know the ones ccleaner is designed to remove because uninstall.exe dont remove em.  I just need to know how because I'm new with cleaner :P

No, no, I meant...delete your game files (the ones you mentioned in your original post) and send them to the Recycle Bin.  Then open up CCleaner and run it normally.  You can tell it to empty your Recycle Bin, but that's not what I meant.  Just read the link that GX1_Man posted and follow the instructions.  It's actually very simple once you use it a couple of times.  The program knows what it's doing, so let it do its own thing.  Good luck.  Let us know if you need anymore help.
