hi  guys i have no start and no cd as xp come wiv the  pc??

Do you have an XP CD you can borrow?
And is this a legitimate copy of XP?
To get to Start --> Run, go to task manager, which you can do, and go to Applications --> New Task.
Then follow the instructions in patio's post.

well it will not bring up sfc it just flash on the screen,and  does not stay there? and xp was built-in the com, And when i going into msconfig and starttup there all ticked so wot should i do now oh! thanks
