When I click on my Norton anti virus Icon the program just flashes on screen and vanishes. It doesn't seem to be loaded. I tried to reinstall it and it won't install. So I uninstalled it and bought Norton System works 2005 and it won't install. When I click on Run and type msconfig nothing happens. When I type regedit nothing happens. I tried to reinstall windows 98 and it didn't help. I searched for the programs and they seem to be there but won't run. I need help please.
