Genuine copy of Vista?
« on: March 21, 2007, 09:16:41 PM »
Ok, I recently got a new computer, (about 2-3 weeks ago)

and today, I went to ijji.com to play Soldier Front, a free online first person shooter, I played a couple games, and suddenly, when I joined a game, it closed and said I don't have a genuine copy of windows vista, and now, I can't use any program thats made by windows on my computer, no windows media player, no windows office (which i piad $30 for when i bought the computer) and I can't even go to the control panel. Any idea's how or why this happened? Is there a way to prove it's real?

Burzum.... Was your computer purchased from a store or was it built by someone for you ?
Do you have the original Windows Vista Cd ?
If you do simply phone Microsoft.......
If you don't you will have to purchase a copy.

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.

A copy of Office for $30 makes me suspect pirated copy of everything.  ;)
