CPU or Motherboard

Hey....

I'm building a new computer with new parts. However the video card doesn't show up. I changed the MB, CPU's, and VC. do you think that all of them are messed up. I thought it might have been a PS problem, but changed that too. Same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Perhaps the videocard isn't working properly...?

I senserely hope you have tried replacing that first..
