cant access network

hi , i am using windows xp sp2 , i used to setup networks to share files and printer

but now i cant access the network .... when i click on "view workgroup computers " i get this message :



so what could the problem be ?

If any of these machines are Windows XP Home, you need to ensure that you are using the same username/password credentials on all machines involved in the transfer.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.

    And that there are some folders on the other computer with network file sharing persmissions enabled.

      I think one of your services (control panel, administrative tools, services) is stopped. I don't know which... I think it is Computer Browser.
      But I don't know to answer you right.
