microsoft word and adobe reader

How do I make an adobe reader document rewritable in microsoft word? I am able to copy and paste but the document has some kind of table or border surrounding it that doesnt allow me to do anything with it.

Do a search for PDF to Word converters...we just had this here the other day and i can't seem to find it...

So, you used the Select Tool in Adobe Reader to copy text from a PDF and then pasted into Word.  Is that right?
