Another Windows Starup Problem
« on: April 07, 2007, 10:34:01 AM »
Whenever I boot up the computer, and log in, this message always pops up:

"The system CLL user.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\Windows\system\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

How do I get rid of this message?
