computer restarting

my system keeps on restarting by itself every time i use windows media play to play songs from my HDD or play a DVD movie.
i've change the memory + the cpu,but still no changes

any idea or solution???

Have you scanned for viruses, trojans and spyware yet?

What are your system specifications?
