Access to documents file

I've been trying to download the 4 on demand software, however during istallation the following message keeps appearing:

Error 1303. The istaller has insufficient priveileges to access this directory: c:/Documents and settings/ All users/Documents/my deliveries. The istallation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.

However i am the only user on the computer and have administrator access. I have tried to access the folder documents but acess is denied!

Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

Thanks for that. It's not so much that i want 4od now, i'm just confused as to why there's a file on my computer which i can't access! Seems like somethings wrong!
