Right click launches application installation

On a Dell inspirion laptop running XP pro with 512 ram
When I right-click a document or application windows installer opens and starst to install Adobe Contribute 3 which
     A) is not called for to open the selected document
     B)Is correctly installed anyway

1st check to see if it's listed in Add Remove Programs in Control Panel...if so remove it and re-boot.

If not you have to re-install it and then use the above method to un-install it if that's what you want.
