The best solution to spam is opening an account at Gmail.com.

There are some other solutions Mozilla Thunderbird is an E-mail client that comes with a spam filter or you can look at Mailwasher which I've never used, but it looks reliable.

Also, see whether your ISP offers any spam blocking features that you are not yet aware of.  I use Earthlink and their spamBlocker; I have it set at the highest level which only allows messages from senders in my online (Earthlink) address book to hit the Inbox.

I notified my ISP. I'm using there spam blocker.
Only with the phase (SPAMTAGPTD),attach to it.
Now the email come without the phase, so they get thru.

You lost me.  You say "the phase (SPAMTAGPTD),attach to it" but then you say "the email come without the phase, so they get thru."

So, is their spam blocker making any difference or not?  Is it stopping any mail from coming through?

I guess EarthLink really does it best.  Here's an image of my EarthLink WebMail panel: >here<

Do you have an online address book, as I do?  If not, then how is your ISP's spam blocker supposed to stop spam?  By some filtering?  Can you see evidence that it's working?

This means whatever protection they are using is not working.

No, Earthlink isn't free.  Earthlink is an Internet Service Provider, covering many states in the U.S.  That's why I said in my first post in this thread, "see whether your ISP offers any spam blocking features that you are not yet aware of."

The only evidence I can see is the deleted box.
The e-mail that have (SPAMTAGPTD),are in the deleted box
The other junk mail are in my in box.
No I don't have a online address book.
          Only thru the ISP.
I will contact my ISP again to see why some get thru and other don't.
