    video display.

    Hello again,
     
    I just recently posted about my cpu thanx for the advice. I have a problem my windows media player 11 and win dvd 8, When i play videos it is in black and white but when i stream on the net its in color. Is it my video card? Any respones will be appreciated thx.

    What type of videos ...are these movies...if so originals ? ?

      Have you installed any codec packs ? ?

      DLoad and try VLC Player and see if you get the same results...(Free ).

        werd, i think your right i havent installed them since i recently installed a fresh copy of xp. thx let me try.

            Which means what ? ?  Same results ? ?

            You could try re-installing the video drivers and/or install that vid card in another machine...if it does the same thing then the card is shot...
