Copy folder via lan

hi all!
I need to backup a folder daily via lan.
I've a 1st PC with Windows NT and a 2nd with  Windows 2000 ...

I want that every day 2nd PC copy a folder from 1st PC .. it have to do this in automatic :)

I would made a shell script to put in Scheduled operation :)

Can anyone help me?

Of course.. It is very easy..
create a batch file and copy the folders using batch file.
For Ex "copy \\comp1\c$\folder1 \\comp2\d$\folder2.

You might want to check out Karen Kenworthy's utility 'Replicator'. Karen used to be a writer for Windows Magazine. She has a bunch of free utilities on her website-www.karenware.com. Replicator sounds like what you're looking for.
