I remember I saw on CNN about a month ago that there is a computer case contest where people would decorate their PC case with LED's and paint and stuff. One of the computers looked like a cake with candles. All out of LED lights!

Just google case modding and you will be overwhelmed with ideas on fancy lights, fishtanks and Lego computers.
