I have a brand new HP wireless printer. Gateway wireless laptop, Actiontec DSL router.
My printer will not print, it freezes when I turn off my computer. When setting up wirelessly my printer recognizes the computer and them after it says "was succesful" the printer then freezes. I reinstalled it using an ethernet and instalation went great and printed a test page. Turned my computer off and printer dno longer responds.
HP cannot figure it out. Many , many wasted hours.
