Using Limewire is just asking for trouble...

Because the files on there are chock full of viruses.  Using that program is leaving yourself wide open for infection.

I've got AVG, and I find that a good anti-virus system, if any viruses DO manage to get into my PC.

And I've found that only small files and weirdly named files have viruses (e.g. only 100 KB for a full movie/song)
