Mozilla Browser
« on: April 23, 2007, 03:21:28 PM »
I know about Firefox and Thunderbird by Mozilla. I downloaded Mozilla version 1.7.20060.41421. It has an excellent email program and I love the browser.

What I don't understand is why download Firefox and Thunderbird when one install of Mozilla does the same thing?

For most it's basically a matter of preference....plus Mozilla seems to update and work on FireFox and Thunderbird a little more often.

Mozilla doesn't have the plug-ins Firefox does.

What are the plug-ins and what do they do?

They're extensions that can do anything the creator wants them to do. Firefox extensions
