Converting a .wma video file into .avi or .mpeg ??

Does anyone know how to change a .wma video file into a .avi or .mpeg video file? I edited my video on Windows Movie Maker on a Dell computer and now I need to convert it so that it will play normally on Quicktime on an Apple computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
