How to reboot w 95 or w98 using a floppy bootdisk

Hi everyone:
I am new in IT, so I would like to know how to reboot a system using a floppy bootdisk. I am using some equipment with windows 95 and 98 operating system.
I made a bootdisk several times and tried to reboot, but unfortunately I found no result to my procedure. It is very possible that I do not follow the appropiate steps.
Please tell me how?

You need to set the FDD as the first boot device in your BIOS. Possibly F2 or Del when you turn on the PC. Navigate with arrow keys.

And travel to bootdisk.com for all your bootable floppy needs...you can even make CD's.

It sounds as if he is trying to run windows from a boot floppy. It won't work. At best he can boot to DOS, with or without CDrom support. If he boots from a floppy, he would have to change to the C: drive, cd\windows, and start win.com from there.
