ok im having trouble with web sites..all websites i go to are showing a white bacground  i could post a Screen shot if anybody needs it..can anybody help me fix this..

What web browser are you using?
Is it up to date?
How long has this been happening?
Has it happened before?
what OS are you using?
And it wouldn't hurt if you post the links so we can tell you if the sites are not broken.

its not the site  the sight its happining to every site..im using windows  the computer is pretty much brand new..all the programs are up to date..Im using IE explorer

So every site isn't loading properly? What version of Windows are you using?

Do you mean Windows Vista?
Right click on the 'My Computer' icon and under the General Tab, It should say microsoft windows ---

windows xp 2002 version..kinda old but that shoudlent be the problem should it

How long has this been happening?

Also...

Does this happen with other browsers such as Firefox?
Are you able to use other applications that require a connection (like AIM for example)?
Do you have Service Pack 2 installed?  If not, don't install it until addressing the next question...
What protection do you have?  And when was the last time you did a virus scan?
