Hi. I'll tell up front,I'm really weak with this stuff so I hope you'll bear with me. Anyway, a couple weeks ago the hard drive went out. I took it to a place,they installed new one. Reloaded Win 98. The problem is that about,I'd say once a minute the computer stops. Like it's trying to catch up,or doing something else. This can last 15 to 20 seconds approx. Never did that before. I use this computer for the internet mostly, but it doesn't matter what I'm doing it does this. Even the screen saver will pause then start again. Any Ideas would be appreciated. Just typing this message took a while. Thanks.
