Is this an onboard NIC or an add in card ? ?

I would try replacing it with a new card...their cheap.

Go to Device Manager, find the wireless "card" and reinstall it manually.
Tell Windows where the driver is and what it's name is.

The driver will be located on the MBoard driver CD you got with the machine...

DLoad and install Everest Home and have it run a report...save it as a text file.
Then you can copy and paste the info here and we'll take a look.
I was unable to find any info with the numbers you posted...
