javascript and flash

Flash must be installed and Javascript must be enabled.

im getting that a lot... im using IE 7  windows XP media center ..
and i have javascrpit installed and flash...
how do i enable them or *censored* ?
help D=

If you go to http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/, do you see a message in your browser saying "Adobe Flash Player is installed"?

    Allow Javascript in IE: Go to Internet options>security>custom level>scroll down to "active scripting"> click "allow"
