i have updated to ie 7 and it wont let me access internet options via the tools menu any suggestions

We're not that good at mind reading (we try, but...), so please supply some more information (i.e. OS, service packs etc.).

    kinda old news but why bother anymore?  Firefox is Soooooo Much better!!!

    Right click anywhere along the top section of IE7 that isn't covered by something. A menue should drop down. Now check the "menu bar" selection. All of the menu options from IE6 should be visible now. Now click on "tools", and go down to "internet options" and there you go.
