That's what I'll tell you when I have the proper information.  Just follow all of my instructions (starting with a scan and a HijackThis log) and I'll do my best to guide you.  With any luck, it won't be too bad of an infection.

AVg Anti-Spyware is designed to handle most trojans...and it's also Free...
