Can you Login to the System using SafeMode. If you couldn't login through safemode then it may be hardware problem. First Check the system by changing RAM. Then gave a look on the Motherboard that any condenser has been boomed up.

If you could able to login.Then Download "Ad-Aware Se Personal" from download.com try updating it and then go for a full scan.

Try the following Steps:

1. Goto Start=>Run=>Msconfig
    Select Startup Tab then Uncheck all the unwanted Entries.

2. Goto Start=>Run=>RegEdit
    HKLM=>Software=>Microsoft=>Windows=>CurrentVersion=>Run
    HKLM=>Software=>Microsoft=>Windows=>CurrentVersion=>RunOnce

    Delete Unwanted Entries.
