Losing info packets

Hello, im not sure if i am on the correct section but here i go.
My problem is that im losing packets from 1 to 3 so im getting lag while playing games, all frozee for 1-2 secs after that all is like in fast foward.
i been thinking my router is caossing all of the above i just want to know ur thougts.
any help would be apreciate lol since routers arent cheap a good router  :D

    If for a few seconds it's frozen then you may have a trojan/spyware/virus on your computer, or, case B, your firewall is a bit slowly at allowing new connections to be made.
    Don't blame the router.

      Dropped packets could indicate a defective network card.  Try replacing it.
