MB & Computer Case Compatibility

The case I was planning on getting specifies motherboard compatability as being 12" x 9.6" ATX.  The MB I am leaning towards is 12" x 8", will these work together?

The basic system I was planning on would encorporate the following:
ANTEC Case;
GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775  MB;
Pentium D 935 Presler 3.2GHz 2 x 2MB L2 (64Bit);
2GB memory;
Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 SP2B;
SATA HD, two DVD-RW & floppy drive.

Mainly interested in comments on the guts of the system - MB, processor, OS.

As long as it is not a BTX board.

It is an ATX board.

JohnnyD1220 ....... If it's an ATX case and a ATX board ...... things should be compatible. 
Can you not check the mounting locations just to be certain?

Don't have them available, am holding back on getting them until I feel comfortable that they are compatible.
