    I've been looking on eBay and found a good deal on a laptop computer:

    AC adapter
    Battery (holds charge, supposedly)
    Windows XP Media Center (notice how none of the pictures show it with any os loaded)
    If it it what he says, this will be a sweet deal, if not, well Ièm screwed because the guarantee is non-DOA only.

    I wouldn't risk it. Keep the $130 you would spend and save it. Save $20-$50 a month from your paycheck and buy something good when you have enough money.

    A 700 Mhz Celeron and a 10 gig hard drive with 320 RAM with Media Center? I hope you have another OS to load.

      i do, I have 98se, 2000, XP home, kubuntu 6.10, vectorlinux...
      I'm not an armada fan, I just keep finding them.

        I am using a Latitude CPxJ right now which is quite comparable. Win2K works fine on it.  ;)

          what about games and movies, how good can it play anything better than n64 quality?
