    « on: May 30, 2007, 01:22:33 AM »
    Hi,

From some days IE 7 is giving problem with my system.

Its not able to open any page, a popup occurs saying unable to open.

Neither can i close the IE window, Task Manager is the only option.

Checked for all viruses and spywares.

Unistalled the IE 7, the 6 version was running fine.

    Reinstalled 7, same problem

    Thanks

How long ago did you DLoad and install it ? ?

There were a few problems with the earlier versions...you could try a reinstall.

Surviving because of those only  :D

But there are some sites which work on IE only.

That's why i needed it to work.  :'(

The only one i can think of is for Windows Updates...and even then you could revert back to IE6.

Personally i refuse to use anything that doesn't work properly...IE7 has fit into that category for me and i've made 3 attempts. I'm not MS bashing but it was released before it was ready and judging by the latest update it still isn't.

( The above is specifically labelled as opinion to save time )

Windows update is a good idea.

Will try to research on that.
